Optimum ellipse

The optimum ellipse to extract the source calculated from the parameters stored in the ELLBETA PSF model. This returns the radius of the major axis which will optimise the signal to noise, the ellipticity and the orientation of the ellipse. NB: This is only valid if the parameter psfmodel is set to ELLBETA.
