This task takes an existing eventlist, applies one of two selectable methods, and produces a GTI file, then creates a filtered eventlist, filtered image, qdp plot of the count rate histogram (for now, the QDP file must be converted to postscript, etc, by the user), FOV lightcurve and a 'Corners' lightcurve.
