This task takes an existing eventlist produced by emchain or epchain, applies one of two selectable methods, produces a GTI file, then creates a filtered event list, filtered image, QDP plot of the count rate histogram (for now, the QDP file must be converted to postscript, etc, by the user), FOV lightcurve and a 'Corners' (corner pixels of outer chips) lightcurve.
