Release note for pipeline 04000010/20020508.121539.

The previous production pipeline (02000045/20020422.171806, prod) used 
SAS 5.3.1 ie xmmsas_20020419_1701. 

The new pipeline started operations on 8 May 2002. It uses SAS 5.3.2, that is
xmmsas_20020507_1701. The pipeline is version 04000010/20020508.121539 (prod2).

Summary:
--------

EPIC pn images have pixels close to badpix removed, this removes the warm row 
of pix at the outside edge of the CCDs. EPIC pn timing and burst mode CTI 
improved through better source position, pn window modes CTI algorithm 
improved. EPIC mos bright pixel removal improved and made more robust. EPIC ML 
source list total band ML and bg_map values corrected (bug in previous 
pipeline only). OM fast mode exposure-to-exposure source intensity variation 
removed, and rate error bars calculated correctly (thus OM fast mode is 
re-enabled in this pipeline). OM UV photometry improved. Minor revision to RGS 
spectrum plots. Large OAL-induced time errors removed (bug introduced in 
previous pipeline, affected datasets were not delivered by SSC).
