Summary release note for pipeline 02000051/20030917.155521

The previous production pipeline (04000013/20030722.143236, prod2) 
used SAS 5.4.2, that is xmmsas_20030717_1631.

The new pipeline started operations on 18/09/2003. It uses SAS 5.4.3, that is 
xmmsas_20030911_1631. The pipeline is prod version 02000051/20030917.155521

Summary:
--------

The principal change in this pipeline is the upgrade of eexpmap from version 
3.27.3 to 3.27.5.  This addesses the following issues:

- Avoid undefined values of pntimedel
- Initialize function xxcti with  xxcti = tend - tbeg
- Use column TIMEDEL in exposure extensions to calculate exposures.
- For EPN, write keywords "OOTCORR" and "OOTFRAC".
- Fixed error in flag mask interpretation.

The (badpixfind) "backgroundrate" parameter for selecting bad pixels has been 
lowered from 0.0011 to 0.00011.  This follows a recommendation from the task 
author.  This change  will reduce the 2% spurious excess of bad pixels in the PN.
