Detailed release note for pipeline 02000051_20030917.155521

The previous production pipeline (04000013_20030722.143236, prod2) 
used SAS 5.4.2, that is xmmsas_20030717_1631.

The new pipeline started operations on 17/09/03. It uses SAS 5.4.3, that is 
xmmsas_20030911_1631. The pipeline is prod version 02000051_20030917.155521.
