Summary release note for pipeline 04000005/20010712.130904

This note describes in outline the changes between the previous production 
pipeline and the new one. The previous production pipeline 
(02000035/20010618.143655) was the first to use SAS 5.1, and became 
operational on 2001-06-18T14:36:55. The new pipeline 
(04000005/20010712.130904) uses the first (pipeline-only) SAS after 5.1 
(ie xmmsas_20010705_1900), it became operational on 2001-07-12T13:09:04.

Brief summary of scientifically important pipeline changes:

There are 2 bug fixes with respect to the previous pipeline: 1) The MakeImage 
pipeline module no longer allows empty epic images to be made due the there 
being no GTI after flare screening. This bug was introduced with the SAS 5.1 
pipeline. 2) The epic sourcelist merging SAS task srcmatch has been modified 
to give a warning rather than an error when there are less than 3 input 
sourcelists. Finally, unlike the previous pipeline, this pipeline makes use 
only of the public CCF (ie the willbepublic CCF is not longer accessed).
